MSS Group refers to the services of the MSS Group and its affiliated companies (the "Group") and other websites and systems (collectively referred to as the "System") and the services provided by the Group. If you do not accept the Group's privacy regulations, please do not use the system. When you accept the Group's Privacy Policy, its content will be constrained. The Group reserves the right to modify the Privacy Policy at any time without prior notice to its users. MSS Group includes the following companies MSS Recruitment Limited, Palladium Hotel Services Limited, Fully Talented Limited, Coco Moo Media Limited.

MSS Group is committed to protecting the privacy of our users. We want to provide a safe, secure user experience. The following statement explains MSS Group commitment to managing your personal information and sets out how and when personal information is collected, held, used or disclosed. This Privacy Policy only applies to data gathered on MSS Group system.

The information we gather on MSS Group system may be shared with any of the MSS Group-affiliated companies on a worldwide basis in order to deliver the products and services we offer to employers such as searches for job seekers or in order to undertake analysis of our database such as aggregate profiling of our registered users.

Information about user

We collect information about all of user for the purpose of improving system user experience, providing job matching services or employee administration services. We may share this information with our partners, but only in the aggregate, so that they too may understand how MSS Group user use our system, and also create a better overall experience for you. We do not disclose information about your personal data to any outside parties except to the company you apply for jobs.

This Statement concerns the MSS Group ’s personal data processing of its users.

1.Purpose of data processing 

The Company collects and processes personal data of its employees for the following purposes:

• Job Matching services
• Lucky draw winner administration
• Other Administration
• Calculations and payments of various remunerations, provisions and subsidies;
• Calculations of obligatory or non-obligatory deductions from remunerations as regulated by law;
• Execution of judiciary decisions and handling of employees’ applications;
• The handling of other matters relating to remuneration, provisions, subsidies, and other employee administration related matters etc.;
• The handling of the company and client company’s administration issue.

2. Categories of personal data collected

For the above purposes, the Company shall collect and process the following categories of personal data and the related documents, both originals and copies:

• Identification data
• Family information
• Employment data: resume, employment history, work reference etc
• Data relating to remunerations such as bank account, SSF numbers etc.

3.Data recipients 

They include:

• Company that you apply for jobs
• Entities to be informed in accordance with legal provisions or as requested by the data subject;
• Client of the Company that you are assigned to work for
• Financial agencies managing bank accounts for making payment to employees;
• Entities managing pensions or provident funds;
• Insurance companies providing services for work or personal accidents.

4.Rights of the Users 

The users are entitled by law to the right of information, access and objection. When exercising the right to access, they must apply in writing and pay a reasonable fee.

Other Information

Apart from this “personally identifiable” information, we collect other information that does not personally identify you. Specific or aggregate information may be collected to help maintain accurate accounts, assist in marketing of our products and services and to help make our system more useful to you. MSS Group may provide aggregated statistical information about user behavior to reputable third parties. This is not personally identifiable information.

Use and Disclosure of the Information We Collect

We use the information we gather on MSS Group system, whether personal, demographic, collective or technical, for the purposes of operating and improving the System, fostering a positive user experience, and delivering the products and services that we offer.

MSS Group Database

The information you provide is stored on the MSS Group database. When providing information you agree this may be transferred to our overseas database.

How do we protect your personal information?

MSS Group takes appropriate security measures to protect against unauthorized access to or unauthorized alteration, disclosure or destruction of collected data. These include internal reviews of our data collection, storage and processing practices and security measures, as well as physical and technological security measures to guard against unauthorized access to systems where we store personal data.

Feedback

MSS Group has areas on the System where you can submit feedback. Any feedback that is submitted through this area becomes the property of MSS Group. We may use this feedback at any time for any purposes, such as success stories for marketing purposes, or to contact you for further feedback on the System.

Marketing OPT-IN and OPT-OUT Provision

When you register as a member to receive our newsletter, you will be given the option to opt-out of subscribing to our regular newsletters. We will send you email alerts for matched jobs, latest jobs, part time jobs, industry news, special offers and one-off marketing promotions. Such alerts may include marketing information about MSS Group, our subsidiaries or selected business partners. Marketing communications you subscribe to will only be sent by MSS Group.

We offer you the opportunity to unsubscribe out of any service or update to which you have subscribed at any time. Any email we sent you will contain an easy automated unsubscribe link so that you can opt-out of that subscription. Simply follow the indications in the email.

We may make changes to our privacy policy from time to time, and when we make any material changes, we will post those changes on our system so that you will always know what information we gather, how we might use that information, and whether we will disclose it to anyone.

Through this system you are able to link to other systems which are not under the control of the Company. We have no control over the nature, content and availability of these system. The inclusion of any links does not necessarily imply a recommendation or endorse the views expressed within them.

Every effort is made to keep the system up and running smoothly. However, the Company takes no responsibility for, and will not be liable for, the system being temporarily unavailable due to technical issues beyond our control.

This Privacy Policy & Terms & Conditions is originally constructed in English and translated into Chinese. Every effort has been made to ensure the translation is accurate and consistent. In case of any disputes or inconsistencies, the English version shall prevail.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These terms and any dispute, or by using this system or as a result of the attached items, should be subject to and in accordance with the laws of the Macau Special Administrative Region of the People’s Republic of China (“Macau”).
